There, in a grove of kadamba trees, he found a handsome young man whose body was very tender, with the dress and accoutrements of a cowherd. Mistaking this person for his worshipable Deity, the brahmana joyfully called out "O Gopala!" and fell to the ground like a rod to offer respects.
